　　上世纪80年代，中国美妆产业刚刚开始萌芽，林春伟先生以其超前的专业眼光，率先在大陆创办了第一家专业美容美发学府——香港花都国际美容学院。20年来，香港花都国际美容学院曾遍布中国各大中小城市，为中国美容美发教育界培育了无数举足轻重，叱咤风云的业界骄子，香港花都国际美容学院被誉为中国“美容美发学校校长、导师的摇篮”。
90年代初，林春伟先生创立香港花都国际美容集团，首创以专业技术演示会形式推广美容产品，获得空前成功，自此，引得同行们的纷纷仿效。花都集团的成功模式很快复制到北京、上海、广州、南京、杭州、沈阳、哈尔滨等二十多个大中城市，塑造了一大批美容业界老板及职业经理人。为此，花都集团被业内人士冠以为培养美容业老板、总经理的“黄埔军校”。

In the 80’s of the last century when China cosmetic Industry began to sprout, Mr. Chunwei Lin invested to set up the first professional beauty School-Hong Kong Huadu International Beauty Institute with his professional view.  In these 20 years, Hong Kong International Beauty Institute could be found in many cities in China and they has trained and developed lots of elitists for China beauty industry in these nearly 20 years. Therefore Hong Kong Huadu International Beauty Institute has been called the ‘cradle of beauty & hair school masters and tutors’.
  At the beginning of the 90’s, Mr. Chunwei Lin set up Hong Kong Huadu International Beauty Group which vanwardly and successfully promoted beauty products through performing professional beauty seminars, which thereafter imitated by the competitors.  The success of Hong Kong Huadu International Beauty Group rapidly copied to over 20 main cities of China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Shenyang, Haerbin, numbers of bosses and manager of beauty industry appeared.  Hence Hong Kong Huadu International Beauty Group has been called ‘the Huangpu Military School Developing Bosses and GMs for beauty companies’.
